Liability:

Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria . Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria

Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Terms & Condition for Travel Insurance

Policy Purchase:
Travel insurance policies are provided by third-party insurers. By purchasing a policy through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of the insurer’s policy, which will be provided to you upon purchase.

Coverage and Exclusions:
It is the client’s responsibility to read and understand the coverage details, limitations, and exclusions in the insurance policy. We are not responsible for any claims disputes or coverage issues that arise between you and the insurer.

Claims Process:
In the event of a claim, clients must follow the insurer’s specified claims process. We will provide assistance where possible but are not responsible for the outcomes of any claims.

Refunds and Cancellations:
Insurance policy refunds or cancellations are governed by the policy terms of the insurer and may be subject to fees or pro-rated charges.

Terms & Condition for Tour Packages

Package Inclusions:
Each tour package includes specific services (accommodation, guided tours, transfers, etc.) as outlined in the package description. Any services not expressly included will be offered at an additional charge.

Customizations:
Customizations to tour packages may be available subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All changes must be confirmed in writing prior to travel.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Payment Terms
